Requires VBRUN300 and WIN31. [TTT_WIN] Tic-Tac-Toc 1.06 (JP Soft Development Corp.; $0) is a game of tic-tac-toe for Windows 3. The 3-D graphics put a new twist on this old game, but it is still best played by the very young. [WCB10_1, WCB10_2] Windows Coloring Book 1.0 (Kinderware; $30) allows children to use over 400 colors and patterns to color pictures on the computer. Up to ten different users can choose their own icon and save their creations for later viewing or continued coloring. The simple mouse-based controls are suitable for ages 3 and up, and an easy mode can be selected to remove potentially complicated menu commands. Pictures may be printed in black and white or color. This is an excellent tool for teaching eye-hand coordination while encouraging individual artistic expression. Requires Windows 3.0+, VGA, 4 meg RAM, hard drive, and a mouse. [ZZCOLOR] Z&Z Color 1.0 (Jason Balmuth; $18) is a color-by-number program for children ages 3 and up. This entertaining package helps teach colors, numbers, letters, and improves memory skills. Several pictures are included and you may also create your own. Requires 2 meg RAM and a mouse.
